Privatize this superb 16th-century property and enjoy its five elegant bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people, ideal for three families.

Nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by 110 hectares of parkland and vineyards, the residence offers absolute tranquility. In the morning, birdsong accompanies the sunrise—a perfect setting to recharge and escape. Each room opens onto the park and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.

Living spaces to meet up:

• From the entrance, the tone is set: an elegant French-style billiard room invites you to extend your evenings in a friendly atmosphere.
• The light-filled yellow lounge is a haven of relaxation where you can read, chat or simply enjoy a glass of wine - is
• The dining room, the Château's true centerpiece, captivates with its Aubusson tapestries, woodwork, and large table for 14 guests - perfect for sharing a dinner by the fire.
• Behind a hidden door lies a cozy boudoir, which can be transformed into a TV lounge, ideal for family gatherings.
• The kitchen, renovated in the spirit of the period with its copper pans and Gaggenau range, is a convivial place where people enjoy cooking and gathering.
• On the terrace, enjoy the sun and exceptional views of Les Viviers. Relax on the deckchairs or share a barbecue in the open air.

On the night side, each of the 5 bedrooms has its own character:

• The English Suite (garden level): period woodwork and travertine bathroom with shower and bathtub - air conditioning - 1 king size bed + 2 single beds in the adjoining living room - accommodates up to 4 people
• The Oa Suite (1st floor): bright and soothing, with a sumptuous bathroom (shower and bathtub) - air conditioning - 1 king size bed + 2 single beds in the adjoining living room - accommodates up to 4 people
• The Labottière Room (1st floor): its bright red toile de Jouy wallpaper makes it the most Instagrammable. Shower room with antique furniture - air conditioning - king-size bed 180 - accommodates up to 2 people
• The Bird Room (1st floor): a real cocoon, extended by an unobstructed view of the park - shower room with antique furniture - air conditioning - king size bed 180 - accommodates up to 2 people

End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory for a fixed price of 500 euros - household linen is included (sheets, towels and kitchen linen).

Optional services - for any rental longer than one week:

• Weekly cleaning: 300 euros
• Weekly change of household linen, bathroom and kitchen towels: 250 euros

Rental terms:

• Deposit: 5,000 euros (check or credit card)
• 7 nights minimum (July and August) 
• 2 nights minimum (excluding July and August)
